Deciding to build a custom home is a huge decision. Deciding on a great builder is even harder. Tim McReynolds definitely fit the profile. He was exceptionally easy to work with and was open to our ideas. He took any changes to plans in stride and worked hard to accommodate our wishes. Tim realized that this would be our home, not just a house. He worked very hard to keep the project at budget, yet never compromised on quality. Not only was he attentive during construction, but he has continued to be available for any questions we may have had since. Building a custom home requires a lot of work and planning. McReynolds Builders made the process much easier.
